Projects
One project per brand or client, with its own history.
Updated October 20, 2026
A project is one brand on one domain. It owns its prompts, its competitor set, its runs and its history, and nothing crosses between projects except your account's billing and your team.
Why the boundary sits there
Presence is relative. "Are we recommended" has no answer without a named set of competitors to be recommended against, and that set is different for every brand you track. Putting two brands in one project would average two different markets into one meaningless number.
What a project holds
- The domain, which decides which cited URLs count as yours.
- The brand name and its variants, which decides what counts as a mention.
- The competitor set, which decides the denominator for share of voice.
- The tracked prompts and their schedule.
- Every run ever made, retained after a pause or a cancellation.
Agencies
Your plan caps how many projects you can keep active, not how many prompts each one runs. On Agency each project can carry its own model key, so a client's tracking lands on the client's bill rather than yours.
