Team and seats

Invite teammates to Omnipresence, how Admin and Marketer roles differ, per-project access, and how seats count against your plan.

Updated October 20, 2026

A seat is a person who can sign in to the account. Invites go out by email and are accepted by clicking a link, with no password to create or lose.

The two roles

Admin. Manages everything: team, billing, plans, keys and every project.

Marketer. Sees only the projects you grant them. No billing, no team management.

The split exists for the agency case, where an account holds twenty client projects and a given person works on four of them. Grant projects per person rather than giving everyone everything, and a client's data stays with the people on that client.

Inviting someone

From Account, invite by email and pick the role. For a Marketer, grant the projects they need at the same time; an invite with no grants lands them in an account with nothing to look at.

An unaccepted invite holds no seat, so inviting the whole team and waiting costs nothing against your plan.

Seats and your plan

One seat on Starter, three on Pro, ten on Agency, unlimited on Enterprise. Removing someone frees their seat immediately.

Roles and per-project access start at Pro. On Starter there is one seat, so the question does not arise.

What is recorded

Invites, removals, role changes and grant changes are all written to the account activity log, along with project pause, resume and cancel. On a team of one that is noise; on a team of ten it is the answer to "who changed this". See activity log.

Sign-in

Omnipresence signs people in with an emailed link. There is no password to rotate, and removing someone from the account removes their access with it.

Single sign-on through your own identity provider, with central deprovisioning, is an Enterprise feature.

Tip

When someone leaves, remove the seat and rotate any API key they created. The seat is their access to the console; a key they made is separate access that outlives them.

Questions about team and seats

Do seats cost extra?
No. Seats are included in the plan up to its number, so inviting the team costs nothing beyond the plan you are on.
Can a client have a seat?
They can, though most teams export the report or point the reporting API at a dashboard the client already reads instead.
What happens to a teammate's work when I remove them?
It stays, attributed to them. The activity log records who did what, which is the point of having one.
